You can access the Zoom Webinar thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of the meeting by going to the ALA website and clicking on the link for the meeting (on the far right menu bar under the picture). You will then be able to make comments and ask questions during the appropriate times on the agenda by using the "Raise Hand" function in Zoom to be recognized by the meeting host who will unmute you. If you plan to attend the meeting in person, please notify sformby@ala-ca.org no later than 5:00pm on the day before the meeting and a packet will be prepared for you. more info...
